She is passionate about storytelling that intersects environmental and human conditions, science communication, habitat restoration, and species recovery efforts. Christy’s work appears in Audubon, National Wildlife Federation, CBS news, PBS Nature, Toledo City Paper, a traveling gallery exhibit, and as a highly honored conservation story in Nature’s Best. She is also a FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot.
