Elisabetta Zavoli is an environmental scientist and documentary photographer focused on investigating stories that tell environmental issues from the point of view of local communities and the relationships with global economic and social aspects. In 2020, she co-founded Radar Magazine. She won several journalistic grants, including European Journalism Centre (EJC) in 2016 and Earth Journalism Network (EJN) in 2021, and photo awards, including POYi. She regularly publishes photo essays on major international media outlets.
