Munmun Dhalaria is a documentary filmmaker and National Geographic Storytelling Explorer, broadly focussing on wildlife conservation, science communication and gender. She lends a humanistic lens to nature filmmaking and believes in highlighting lesser-known species and landscapes from her subcontinent, working closely with local conservationists, scientists and social workers to highlight marginalized voices.

Currently living in Dharamshala, North India, she deals with her own solastalgia by filming science documentaries and climate change stories for broadcast.
